Optima Solutio is an independent consultancy founded in São Paulo in 2018. Its name is Latin for the optimal solution: not the perfect one, which rarely exists, but the best possible given the objective conditions of each case.
Experience in structuring investment projects and in multiparty negotiations, in both the corporate and the public spheres, allows us to work with the complexity of the cases we take on. Our purpose is to deliver solutions aligned with our clients' objectives and interests.
Business problems rarely have a single cause. So every engagement begins by mapping the situation: who is involved, which variables influence the outcome and how they relate to one another.
Every recommendation is assessed for its legal, organizational and commercial implications. A solution that is legally sound but that the organization cannot execute, or that does not hold up in the market, is not the best possible solution.
